It’s ready to eat, straight from the jar nature is primo for use in simple bites and snicky snacks. Choose a cracker, a slice of bread, an apple wedge, or an endive leaf…any vehicle to get the goods where they belong...your mouth. Then layer up with tuna, sardines, smoked oysters, even pickled herring. Top with oo’mämē and pass a lemon wedge over it. That should tide you over till dinner.

Once you have mastered the spoon-onto-canned-food technique, we encourage you to move to oo’mämē 2.0! Still without turning on the stove, you can stir it into peanut butter, dollop on avo toast, whisk it into mayo, ketchup or sour cream, or slather on your sammie.
