Chicken Satay with oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce
Chinese take-out cold sesame noodles, or cooked linguine
Slivered red peppers
Sliced, blanched snow peas
Cooked chicken breast – we love it grilled!
Serving suggestions: sesame seeds, chopped cilantro
Combine equal parts oo’mämē Chinese Chile Infusion and peanut satay sauce (or other option chosen) in a small bowl and stir until mixed well.
Toss together noodles, red peppers, snow peas, and scallions and drizzle with the oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce. Stir to combine.
Arrange on a plate and top with the chicken breast. Drizzle the oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce over the chicken, adding additional sauce over the noodles, if desired.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
