Chinese Chicken Salad with Easy oo’mämē Dressing
oo’mämē Chinese Chile Infusion
Shredded roasted or poached chicken
Sliced red cabbage
Sliced water chestnuts, drained
Chopped, cooked snow peas
Serving Suggestions: Sliced almonds, Chow Mein noodles, sprouts
Make the salad by combining chicken, cabbage, water chestnuts, snow peas, scallions and cilantro in a bowl.
Separately, combine equal parts mayonnaise and oo’mämē Chinese Chile Infusion in a small bowl and stir until mixed well.
Add enough dressing to the salad to coat the ingredients. Toss to combine.
Garnish with almonds, Chow Mein noodles and sprouts.
