There are so many good options for veggie burgers these days. We like eating plant-based more and more to help our hearts and the planet. You can find vegetarian options both frozen and fresh, near the meat section. It’s hard to believe this is not beef. It is so plump and juicy. Top it off with lettuce, tomato and a few favorite pickled veggies – maybe carrots or cucumbers – then drizzle on some Indian oo’mämē Cilantro Mint Dressing. The planet will thank you!
