I love this stuff! The Szchezuan peppercorns are so tingly good. I have re-ordered it many times and sent gifts of it to my friends! Oomame for life. I put it on everything - eggs, potatoes, leftovers, toast, rice.

My mom got me a jar of the Szechuan chili crisp for Christmas. Oh my god, it’s the best chili crisp I’ve ever had and now I order jars every few months. So good! I eat in on edamame toast every morning. The other flavors haven’t done it for me as much

My absolute favorite crisp out there!!!

I love this stuff. I seriously adore it. The savory umami from the fermented soy beans, the spicy zing of the crystallized ginger and the chilly, numbness of the Szechuan peppercorns combines with the crunchy peanuts and chili flakes, and all come together in a luscious symphony in your mouth. My only complaints are the size of the jar (TOO SMALL!!!) and the price (sadly, too high, even though I know supporting a small business means higher prices).

My favorite way to eat this isn't exactly traditional, but I put chevre, ricotta, farmer's cheese or cream cheese on a plate, pour that on top and either spread it on crackers or dip celery & cucumber spears into it, along with a glass of dry red wine.

If you come out with a commercial kitchen size jar, that MIGHT be big enough for myself. I'll keep buying the cheap brand for the kids, though! LOL

Being a Texan, I'm a spice addict when it comes to salsa, sauces, and condiments.

The Chinese Chile crisp is a combination of what I love about Szechuan and Vietnamese chile sauces, the spice!

This condiment is great with crab cakes and the French Vietnamese Bo Bun beef noodle salad.

Highly recommend, I purchase 2 at a time.
