This stuff is just so good. I've been putting it on everything. It makes it taste like restaurant quality food. Even ice cream. Thank you oomame.

Amazing Experience

OMG! I dove into the Oomame with Tamarind and added to hummus. It is so good! Makes my nose run, my mouth burn and I can't stop eating because the rich blast of flavor is addicting. I could probably decrease my 50/50 mix... nah, I'll stick with a totally delightful experience.

I'm not in Kansas anymore

You know how the screen goes from black and white to brilliant color when Dorothy lands in Oz? That's what happens to food when you drizzle some Oomame on whatever you are making. We got a gift pack of this for Christmas and it has changed our lives! Well, at least our culinary lives. Everything tastes YUM. Just ordered two more jars. And we can't stop telling our friends about this. I guess, like Dorothy , we had the chance to find this all along. We just didn't know where to look before now.

Perfect balance of spice and flavor
