I love umami heat!

This pairs well with eggs and a topper on rice. It's a perfect blend of umami and heat. So happy to have it back in my pantry!

Anji, Glad that you love it as much as we do. Try it on popcorn!

Nice spice

Received first supply through my CSA. Used it on many things and will keep it in my spice drawer from now on

Be sure to give a sprinkle to your next avo toast. It is a game changer. Thanks for being a fan.

Instantly upgraded my hummus!

I love adding Umami Heat to plain store-bought hummus. The spicy flavor is 10x better than anything available at the grocery store. Paired with carrots or bell peppers, it's the perfect snack!

What a great idea for taking Hummus to a new flavor level. I would love the texture and am going to try this. Thanks for sharing.

Total Versatility

You can add this to practically anything to make it taste better! I've sprinkled it over popcorn and added it to condiments for a spicy variety. It beats any other dry spice blend that I've tried.

Thanks for joining the oo’mämē adventure. Looking forward to speaking with you soon. Best, Mark

Spicy, complex rub for pork tenderloin

Tonight we used umami heat and a little olive oil as an easy rub for pork tenderloin. We browned it on the stovetop then roasted it. It was SO delicious!

Amy - Thanks for sharing. That sounds so easy and tasty. I loved this sprinkled on Chocolate Ice Cream. There is a little heat and some crunch from the sesame seeds. Mark
