A collection of all four oo’mämē chili crisp globally-inspired flavors in 9.2oz jars

Szechuan, China | Oaxaca, Mexico | Kerala, India | Fez, Morocco

Can’t decide which flavor to try? We are right there with you. So, if one jar does the work of ten, what do four jars do? We think you should get all four and get back to us!! All this boldness makes it easy to cook with confidence and ease. This is indeed a Passport for Your Pantry.

  • Our oo’mämē Chinese Chile Crisp brings layers of spicy Szechuan flavors, while also adding a variety of textures to create that party in your mouth feel. Tingly Mala peppercorns, spicy red pepper flakes, chewy crystallized ginger, savory fermented black beans, and crunchy peanuts are just some of the guests at this party.
  •
  • Or travel south of the border with this jar of adventure - oo’mämē Mexican Chile Crisp. Smoky chipotles, combined with three other Mexican chiles, bring the heat, while crunchy pepitas, fragrant orange zest, and sweet mango layer on textures and sweetness.
  •
  • oo’mämē Indian Chile Crisp was conceived from our love for the fragrant spices of southern India. Often called the “land of spices”, Kerala uses indigenous spices in Ayurvedic practices holistically, including topical as well as culinary uses. We carefully select from the rich array available on the southern Malabar coast, and blend turmeric, fennel, Kashmiri chiles, tamarind and more into our own garam masala. To that backbone of chiles and pungent spices, we add a layer of umami, roasted peanuts, grated coconut and sweet papaya.
  •
  • oo’mämē Moroccan Chile Crisp celebrates the traditions of the ancient medina in Fez, the culinary capital of Morocco. Our unique blend relies on peppercorns, piquant red chiles, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger, anise, coriander and so much more. Next, we marry theses spices with jammy figs, fragrant orange peel, sweet ginger, and crunchy sesame seeds and roasted almonds, and then infuse this exotic blend into a high-oleic sunflower oil. The result is an aromatic, robust condiment, perfectly balanced between sweet and savory, and reminiscent of the big-on-flavor-food famous in Morocco. One spoonful of oo’mämē will take you from basic to brilliant.
  •

Together these four flavors create a bold and sassy flavor-riot that packs a punch, taking you on a global culinary journey while elevating the outcome. Gain the confidence to go beyond your standard repertoire and explore new cuisines! Join the #CondimentRevolution!
