Chicken Satay + oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce

by oo’mämē Kitchen |

Cold sesame noodles are a staple on Chinese take-out menus everywhere. And that makes them the perfect foundation for this easy, uber-tasty short-cut solution for dinner. If you don’t have them handy, go ahead and sub with linguine or your favorite long-shape noodle. The oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce goes the extra mile in delivering layers and layers of super-high flavor and multiple textures, while relying on just two ingredients: store-bought peanut butter and our beloved oo’mämē Chinese Chile Infusion! You’ll be so happy when you tuck into a chopstick-full of luscious noodles and find a bit of crystalized ginger, a chewy fermented black bean or a crunchy peanut. Party in your mouth! And you’re invited!!

Pro Tip: Make extra oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce and keep it refrigerated in an airtight jar for future use! It’s great on any salad and is wonderful as a dipping sauce.
