Ingredients
oo’mämē Chinese Chile Crisp
Jar of Peanut Satay, Pad Thai, Nut Butter or other favorite Asian
sauce
Chinese take-out cold sesame noodles, or cooked linguine
Combine equal parts oo’mämē Chinese Chile Crisp and
peanut satay sauce (or other option chosen) in a small bowl and stir until mixed
well.
Toss together noodles, red peppers, snow peas, and scallions and
drizzle with the oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce. Stir to combine.
Arrange on a plate and top with the chicken breast. Drizzle
the oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce over the chicken, adding additional
sauce over the noodles, if desired.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.

Note: Look for prepared Asian peanut sauces in the international section of your grocery.
Pro Tip: Make extra oo’mämē-infused Peanut Sauce and keep it refrigerated in an airtight jar
for future use! It’s great on any salad and is wonderful as a dipping sauce.
