This quick and sassy vinaigrette is both a time-saver and a life-giver. The combo of the layers of oo’mämē flavors and textures married with the sass of lemon or lime juice and Dijon are sure to breathe life into any salad. And the whole dressing comes together in a matter of minutes.

Want in on a secret? We love using the jar as our shaker, making it possible to extricate every last drop of oo’mämē goodness from the corners of the jar. Just wait till you are down to the last 2 Tablespoons of oo’mämē  - run to your computer or phone and order more – and then continue with the dressing. Add lemon juice and EVOO in equal amounts, along with a solid dollop of Dijon. Tighten the lid and shake shake shake. Store in the fridge until you are ready to use.
