Add lemon juice and EVOO in equal amounts, along with a solid dollop of Dijon. Tighten the lid and shake shake shake. Store in the fridge until you are ready to use.

1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons oo’mämē Mexican Chile Crisp
1 Tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl or an oo’mämē jar and whisk or shake until well combined.
Store covered in the refrigerator.
