Meet Kim Rose

Kim Rose is a Jamaican-born, Florida-based registered dietitian-nutritionist who has a special focus for health and wellness concerns for underserved populations. Her inclusive approach and philosophy revolve around “making nutrition easy and attainable”. Kim does this by addressing common and complex food and wellness topics for the general public and health professionals alike by contributing to multiple media outlets, such as Healthline, Huffpost, Kitchn, and Health Magazine, just to name a few.

Hear from the ultimate entrepreneur about how his experience led him to this moment.

Katy Keck - Mark's first boss during his college internship at Merrill Lynch - parlayed her corporate and business background into a successful culinary consulting business, working with the biggest brands in the food industry. From brand strategy, to brand marketing and positioning, to product development, Katy has done it all. She's a master communicator and her enthusiam, endless energy and sense of humor make her an integral part of the Fifth Taste Foods team. She will demo a few of the many recipes she has created using oo'mämē Chile Crisps.
