Savory and delicious, a nuanced set of flavors. I love the bits of seeds, nuts and fruits and that they are not so "hot" that my mouth is numb. The perfect addition to many dishes, I use Oo'mame on my breakfast tacos, noodle dishes, veggies, potatoes and more. Love this stuff!

Karen, You nailed it! Crispy chiles, crunchy nuts and seeds and a sweet chewy fruity finish is our jam. Every flavor includes all these, built on a foundation of umami. Thanks for being a fan.

Obsessed

We have tried all flavors and are completely obsessed- we put this stuff on EVERYTHING and it makes literally any dish 1000 times better with even just the tiniest spoonful. The blandest of foods are completely transformed with a depth of flavor that is outrageous. We especially love it on eggs, chicken, in soups and mixed with mayo on sandwiches. BUY IT, it's a culinary game-changer!

Wowza!!!

I knew I'd love these oils even before I opened my pack! Each jar was a flavor blast of that country's unique flavors! I love how chunky it is and that you can taste, feel and see it as an ingredient in and on my favorite foods...on stir fried green beans, to zip up potato soup and even in my salad dressings!

I put the Mexican and Chinese chile crisp on EVERYTHING! Try the Mexican with avocado toast! Amazing!
Try making Korean Street Toast and add some Chinese chile crisp to the ketchup and mayonnaise!!! You can thank me later! Make your own version of crab and shrimp and potatoes in a bag by adding the Chinese chile crisp to melted butter and garlic! Sooo good! Add the Mexican to your own homemade enchiladas!!!!
