Ingredients

• oo’mämē Chinese Chile Crisp, or favorite flavor

• Favorite dumplings or pot stickers, prepared according to package directions

Dipping Sauce:

• 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

• 1/4 cup soy sauce 

• 2 Tablespoons oo’mämē Chinese Chile Crisp

• Sauce suggested garnishes: sliced scallions, orange zest

Directions

1. Prepare dumplings as directed on package or call your favorite Chinese takeout!

2. Prepare Dipping Sauce: Whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce and oo’mämē of choice in a small mixing bowl. Transfer dipping sauce to a serving bowl and garnish as desired. 

3. 吃吃吃 (Eat! Eat!! Eat!!!)

Recipe Note

Pro tip: Mix up some extra dipping sauce and keep it on hand in your refrigerator. Just store it in an airtight non-reactive container, and it will be a great base for dressings and marinades.
